Consider what it could be like to live in a home where you are encouraged and given space to WONDER, BE CURIOUS, LEAN-IN to exploring who you really are, who you want to become, free of toxic behaviors that have kept you stuck, sick, isolated, afraid.
Hull House is located in a fabulous neighborhood in West Akron, Ohio, perfectly designed for community living. We accommodate four women or individuals who identify as women, of any age. We have shared rooms without locks on the doors. Isolation is incompatible with recovery! And yes, there are plenty of quiet spaces for self-reflection, prayer, journaling, and learning to be alone, yet not feel lonely.
HHRR is overseen by our Executive Director, Ann Hull Kuster, LISW, MBA. Ann has over 22 years experience treating eating disorders and addictions. The house manager and peer supporters report directly to Ann, as they manage day-to-day operations. As a non-profit, Ann reports directly to our board of directors.
